The original Milbank Industrial Park consists of 22 lots of which 9 are remaining. The Park has access from S.D. Highway 15 ( one-city block) , and US Highway 12 ( four blocks). The total Industrial Park area is 36.73 acres, which includes the lots and streets.

Road access is provided by Madison Street, 8th Avenue and Industrial Drive, which are 5 inch thick asphalt streets. Curb and gutter has been installed on those streets. Lots 3 thru 17 are served by a street of industrial strength concrete or 5” asphalt, each with curb, curb cut, gutter and storm sewer.

The Park is supplied by a 12” water line and a 12” sewer line. Each Lot is supplied by a 2: water line and 6” sewer line, plumbed to the Lot entrance.

Electric – Otter Tail Power Company is the supplier of electricity for Milbank, and the Industrial Park. The average cost per KWH is $.055 to $.075. Three-phase power is currently available in the Industrial Park. Natural gas is supplied by NW Public Service.
