Request for Proposals: GCDC Marketing Materials Project

The Grant County Development Corporation (GCDC) is taking an important step forward in how we share our story and communicate the work we do on behalf of Grant County.

Today, GCDC is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified marketing and design firm to help develop two new printed marketing pieces that will support both future fundraising efforts and general community and business outreach.

What We’re Creating

The RFP focuses on two distinct but coordinated pieces:

1. Capital Campaign Materials
This piece will outline GCDC’s strategic initiatives, priorities, and long-term goals. It will be used in conversations with donors, partners, and stakeholders as we look toward future investments in Grant County.

2. General GCDC Overview Materials
This piece will provide a clear, easy-to-understand overview of:

  • What GCDC does

  • Where we’ve been

  • What we continue to work on

  • Available development sites and properties within Grant County

This material will be used for community engagement, business visits, prospect meetings, and general awareness.

Why This Matters

Much of GCDC’s work happens behind the scenes — from supporting business expansion and workforce development to preparing sites and infrastructure for future growth. These materials will help us clearly communicate our impact, opportunities, and direction in a more consistent and professional way.

The project is one-time in nature and focused specifically on printed materials. Proposals are being requested on a per-piece pricing basis, with final materials required to be print-ready for commercial printing. Printing costs are excluded unless explicitly requested.

Timeline

  • Proposals will be due 14 days from the RFP distribution date

  • Final materials must be completed by May 8

  • This timeline supports upcoming outreach efforts, including our attendance at ICSC RECon Las Vegas.
