Intermediary Relending Program (IRP)

Flexible gap financing to support business growth and job creation in Grant County

The Grant County Development Corporation (GCDC) administers a revolving loan fund through the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) to support business expansion, startup activity, and business relocation within Grant County.

IRP loans are designed to fill financing gaps when traditional lending alone is insufficient. This program provides flexible, patient capital to viable projects that create or retain jobs, strengthen the local economy, and demonstrate a reasonable ability to repay.

All IRP funds are revolving, meaning repayments are reinvested into future local business projects — allowing the program to support multiple generations of economic growth.
